Open Studio
A shared creative workspace for our members.
Open Studio is the heart of the space. Drop in during the day to work on your own projects, take a break from the solitude of remote work, read a book, meet a friend, or simply exist in Boulder’s coolest third place.
Communal tables, rotating supplies, and a steady hum of creativity. We supply coffee to keep you fueled, and you are always welcome to bring your own snacks.
Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm, Saturday 10am - 2pm
After hours keypad access is available for our members.
Reach out to schedule your first visit! It’s always on the house.
Bad Art Club
A creative social for making things badly, together.
Bad Art Club is our flagship event. We provide prompts, weird materials, good music, and just enough structure to get you started.
No talent required. No outcomes expected. Just a room full of people remembering how to play and connect.
When: almost every Thursday evening - check the calendar to confirm dates!
Included in membership and available for public drop-in. Bring a friend to experience NOO Collective magic.
After School Creative Club
A welcoming after-school space where kids can unwind, create, and connect. Bring a homework assignment, curl up with a good book, make art, or simply spend time with friends in a calm, screen-light environment. While kids explore at their own pace, parents are invited to stay, socialize, co-work, or enjoy a cup of coffee.
There are no grades, competitions, or pressure, just room for curiosity, creativity, and community after the school day. Recommended for ages 4-10 with creators of all ages welcome with grown up support.
When: Tuesday afternoons, drop in from 3-6pm. No need to RSVP
FREE until summer is over! Put away the ipads, get your kiddos out of the house, and enjoy time together working on a creative project.
Community Commons Nights
A dedicated weekly space for grassroots organizers, mutual aid groups, and community-led projects to gather, plan, and build together.
Every Wednesday evening, we reserve the studio specifically for community use at a sliding-scale or donation-based rate. This is intentional infrastructure for local organizing. We are a place where ideas, care work, and collective action can take shape without financial barriers getting in the way.
We welcome workshops, strategy sessions, mutual aid coordination, discussion groups, skill shares, and other forms of community-centered work.
If you’ve been looking for a grounded, welcoming place to bring people together, this is it.
When: Wednesday evenings with occasional additional times available by request
Contribution: Sliding scale $0 - $150 depending on budget and use

Phone-Free Fridays
Skip the bar and spend your Friday somewhere that feels like home. Friday evenings are for conversation, creativity, and connection, whether you're making a collage, listening to live music, joining a member-led workshop, or simply sharing a table with friends (or meeting new ones).
Phone-Free Fridays run alongside every social. If you'd like, silence your devices and enjoy an evening of analog creativity and presence. Participation is always optional.

Many Friday Socials are included with membership. Some live music events carry a small cover fee to help support the performing artists. Check the individual event posting for details.
First Fridays at NOO Collective
NOO Collective is proud to be part of the NoBo Arts District First Fridays ecosystem, an ongoing neighborhood-wide celebration of local art, creativity, and community.
Every First Friday, our studio opens its doors as a space to gather, connect, and experience what’s happening both inside NOO Collective and across our creative neighbors in the district. Come by to hang out in the studio, explore the space, and see what the broader NoBo arts community has to offer.
This is your invitation to bring friends, family, and anyone curious about what NOO Collective is becoming. Whether you’re an artist, a supporter, or just passing through, you’re welcome here.
Each month, we’ll rotate featured members on our gallery wall. If you’ve ever wanted to share your creative work (masterpiece or experiment, polished or in-progress), this is your time to shine. No hierarchy, no gatekeeping, just a rotating snapshot of the people who make this space what it is.
