Your ticket includes the North of Ordinary Parkour Film Festival, coffee and pastries, a 45-minute introductory parkour workshop, and a two-hour jam/open gym session at Superhuman Academy, our partner parkour gym.
$30 — Access Rate
For those who need a lower-cost ticket.
$40 — Sustaining Rate
Helps cover the full cost of the event.
$50 — Solidarity Rate
Pay a little more if you're able to help make lower-cost access possible for someone else.
We’re keeping this simple: everyone pays the same price, whether you’ve been training for years or you’re completely new to parkour.
The introductory workshop is optional for adults and experienced athletes, but required for anyone under 18 before participating in the jam/open gym. It’s a chance for newer athletes to learn the space, get comfortable with the gym, and get introduced to parkour in a supportive environment.
If you don’t need the workshop, that’s okay. It’s still included in your ticket. We want trying parkour for the first time to be part of the event, not an extra cost or a penalty for being new.
This is a community event. Experienced athletes, newcomers, film-makers, and people who are simply curious about parkour are all part of the same experience.
Come for the films. Stay for the jam. Find your people.
Back to our roots - sleepover-style accommodations included with every ticket for our traveling athletes.

THE SPACE BETWEEN
Parkour has never just been about getting from one place to another.
At its roots, parkour was about learning to move through the world with what you had. Seeing possibility in ordinary places. Building strength, creativity, adaptability, and awareness. Training with friends. Learning from each other. Becoming capable enough to be useful.
Somewhere along the way, parkour became increasingly focused on the spectacular: bigger jumps, better spots, bigger productions, bigger audiences. There’s nothing wrong with that. But we want to look back toward the things that made parkour meaningful in the first place.
The spaces between the movements.
The relationships between people. The connection to a place. The creativity that comes from limitation. The strange, beautiful things that happen when a group of people gathers around a wall, a rail, a playground, a piece of concrete, and decides to see what else is possible.
This festival is an exploration of those spaces.
We want to see parkour as movement, but also as art, community, play, philosophy, and a way of interacting with the world. We want films that experiment, films that return to the roots, and films that ask what our skills are actually for.
There is no single way to make a parkour film, and there is no single way to practice parkour.
This is about the space between.

no perfect spot
Back to the roots. No perfect spots, no perfect architecture, no endless search for the next legendary location. Just you, your friends, and whatever’s around you.
This category is about finding lines in the places you already live, train, and move through. Making something out of nothing. Getting creative with the ledge, shitty wall, playground, parking lot, or piece of concrete you’ve walked past a hundred times.
Parkour started with working with what you had. No Perfect Spot is about bringing that spirit back.
new medium
Parkour as art. This category is about pushing beyond the standard parkour edit and experimenting with what a parkour film can be.
Shoot on film. Make your own soundtrack. Bring in live music, animation, projection, dance, or whatever else makes you feel inspired. Mess with the format, the story, the camera, the movement.
We want films that treat parkour as more than something to document. Use it as a medium to make something beautiful, raw, or completely unexpected.
Break the format. Make something new.
…to be useful
Parkour has always been about more than moving fast or getting from A to B. It’s about being capable. Being useful.
This category is about putting those “superpowers” to work. Films that show parkour being used for something beyond the movement itself: helping someone out, solving a problem, building something, breaking something, bringing people together, or making yourself useful when it matters.
Be strong to be useful.
